TERMS & CONDITIONS

* The number of shares issued in each horse will be 40 * Your percentage of ‘owners’ prize money accrued during the period of your shareholding will be paid within 2 months following the expiry date of  your share * Pennywise Racing’s registered colours are a White jacket with Emerald Green braces together with a plain White cap * The horses will be trained by a registered Trainer who has the authority to act on behalf of Pennywise Racing. The authority to act gives the trainer the sole right to make all decisions regarding the horse’s welfare, training and racing programme * If the horse is considered no long able to race, dies or is fatally injured, a replacement horse will be purchased as soon as possible * Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management *
